These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of photography services by Snaprise Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By booking or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Services

Snaprise Ltd provides professional property and Airbnb photography services across the United Kingdom.

Services may include, but are not limited to:

• Property photography

• Short-term rental / Airbnb photography

• Interior and exterior photography

• Marketing and listing photography

The scope of services will be agreed at the time of booking.

3. Bookings and Scheduling

Bookings may be made via our website, email, or other agreed communication channels.

By submitting a booking, you confirm that:

• You are authorised to arrange photography at the property

• All information provided is accurate

Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been received or otherwise agreed.

If your requested date is unavailable, alternative availability will be offered.

4. Payments

Payments may be made via:

• Online payment (website)

• PayPal

• Bank transfer

• Invoice (where agreed)

Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Failure to make payment may result in delayed delivery or cancellation of services.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule bookings, subject to availability.

A £100 cancellation fee applies to all cancelled bookings.

Where a client requests to reschedule, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a new date. However, rescheduling is not guaranteed and is dependent on availability.

If no suitable alternative date can be agreed:

• The booking may be cancelled

• A refund may be issued if no date has been confirmed

• A refund may be issued minus the £100 cancellation fee if a date has already been confirmed

Failure to provide access to the property at the agreed time may be treated as a cancellation.

6. Availability

While we aim to accommodate preferred dates, availability cannot be guaranteed.

Where a requested date is unavailable, alternative dates will be offered.

7. Travel Charges

Our standard coverage area includes locations within 1 hour 30 minutes of our base and is provided at no additional charge.

Locations outside of this area may be subject to additional travel fees. Extended service areas are subject to a fixed fee of £50, while long-range locations are subject to a fixed fee of £100.

Certain locations, including Northern Ireland and select regions of Scotland, will require full travel costs to be covered. These will be calculated and quoted on a case-by-case basis.

By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge and accept that additional travel fees may apply depending on the property location, even if these are not calculated at the time of checkout.

Where applicable:

• Additional travel charges will be confirmed after booking

• A separate invoice will be issued prior to the appointment

• Payment must be made no later than 24 hours before the scheduled service

We reserve the right to pause, amend, or decline any booking until all applicable travel fees have been agreed and paid in full.

Failure to pay required travel charges may result in:

• The booking being postponed or cancelled

• The cancellation policy being applied

8. Company Rescheduling Rights

While we aim to honour all confirmed booking dates, Snaprise Ltd reserves the right to reschedule appointments where reasonably necessary.

This may include, but is not limited to:

• Adverse weather conditions

• Travel disruption

• Illness or unforeseen circumstances

• Scheduling conflicts or operational requirements

In such cases:

• We will provide as much notice as reasonably possible

• An alternative date will be offered at the earliest availability

Rescheduling by Snaprise Ltd does not entitle the client to compensation or a refund, provided the service is fulfilled on an agreed alternative date.

9. Property Access, Preparation & Waiting Time

Clients are responsible for ensuring:

• The property is fully ready for photography at the agreed time

• The property is clean, staged, and suitably presented

• Access is available at the scheduled appointment time

If the property is not ready or access is delayed, this may:

• Affect the quality of the final images

• Result in reduced coverage of the property

• Require rescheduling at an additional cost

A waiting time fee of £25 per 30 minutes will apply where delays occur on arrival.

If the property is significantly unprepared or access cannot be provided:

• We reserve the right to leave the location

• The booking may be treated as a cancellation

• The £100 cancellation fee may apply

Where a revisit is required due to the property not being ready:

• A new booking fee and any applicable travel charges will apply

10. Delivery of Images

Final edited images will be delivered digitally via an online gallery or file transfer.

Delivery timeframes will be communicated at the time of booking and may vary depending on workload and project size.

11. Image Usage and Copyright

All images remain the intellectual property of Snaprise Ltd.

Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the images for:

• Property listings

• Marketing and advertising the property

• Online platforms (e.g. Airbnb, estate agents)

Images may not be resold, transferred, or distributed to third parties without written permission.

Snaprise Ltd reserves the right to use all media captured for:

• Social media

• Website portfolio

• Marketing and promotional purposes

Clients must request in writing prior to the shoot if they wish to opt out.

12. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued strictly in accordance with the cancellation policy.

Where a booking cannot be fulfilled and no alternative date is suitable, a refund may be issued subject to the £100 cancellation fee.

13. Limitation of Liability

Snaprise Ltd shall not be held liable for:

• Circumstances beyond our control

• Weather conditions

• Property access issues

• Delays caused by third parties

• Technical failures outside our control

Our total liability shall not exceed the total value of the booking.

14. Age Requirement

Services are available only to individuals aged 18 and over.

By booking, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

15. Website Use

Our website may be hosted via third-party providers (e.g. Squarespace).

Users agree not to misuse the website or attempt unauthorised access.

16. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
